You want to get to the point that your sponsor isn’t doing meetings for you – as quickly as possible. Because remember why they are doing them: They’re looking for a leader.
The biggest decision you will ever make is when you decide that YOU are that leader.
Your sponsor will still help you. But you want it to be through counseling and major events. You want to get to the point that you don’t need help with home meetings as quick as you can. And then of course, you want to duplicate the process. That’s when you’re really rockin’
