They get their team to believe in themselves.
Mail a card today. Send an email. Make a call. Let someone know you believe in them.

Hi Randy. Quick question: ‘how would you go about building the belief in someone who isn’t in the profession yet?’ Do you do that simply by letting them know that you believe in them?
When you’re talking with a prospect you let them know all the skills and qualities they possess that would make them successful in the business.
