They Pick You

One of the hardest things I had to come to grip with was that I don’t pick my team.  And neither do you.

You get to seek them, you get to invite them.  But they have to pick you.  Even more importantly, they have to pick themselves.

So don’t beat yourself up.  Model the behavior.  Make the invite.  Follow up.  And do enough of all this.

But stop waiting for that one person.  Stay busy and keep offering the opportunity.  And ultimately the right people will pick you.

  8. Hi, Randy.

Great post! As network marketers it’s imperative to “keep moving forward” and be “consistently consistent”. This is and always will be a numbers game and the key is to connect with and identify your interested, qualified prospective partners as soon as possible and minimize your time and efforts spent on the so called “tire-kickers”. Have a great day!

  9. Hi Randy, Great post! I must develop myself further to suit what they have seen in me. You have made me feel great. The efforts of invitations are somehow bearing fruit. God bless you.

  10. Your words are very true! Only sadly to say it’s not for everyone and you’re right about that five years. It will let you know it’s not for you as well…after a ton of money spent (close to 10,000) on a- z, but I enjoyed the meager sucess and people in that time. Good luck and work hard to those who are beginners. The concept of MLM is great…I wish people would believe in it.
