The Role of Training

We’ve talked a lot in this space on the role of training to help guide your team.  And nowhere was this more apparent then the Mastermind Event 7 that just ended in Houston.  It was over the top, hands down the best one yet.

By Saturday I was kicking myself that I didn’t push to have more leaders there.  And also corporate leaders.  It was an amazing event to build belief, develop skills, gain confidence and build relationships.  If you were there, you know.  If you weren’t, don’t ever miss another.

So hold the date…

It will be November 2-4, 2012.  The advance ticket website isn’t up yet, but I’ll alert you as soon as it is.  But block your calendar now.  It’s too important to miss.

And speaking about training, the new Nexera poll is tabulating who is the top trainer in Network Marketing.  I was number one last time.  So if you still think I deserve that title, please vote here:  http://www.nexera.com/poll/

Working on a killer post next on how much your candidate list affects your income.

  1. Great, I look forward to the next post.

Here goes the last 2 stanzas of ‘A Psalm of Life’ – not so gloomy.

Lives of great men all remind us
We can make our lives sublime
    And departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of time.

Let us then be up and doing,
With a heart for any fate,
    Still achieving, still pursuing
Learn to labour and to wait’

    Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

  2. I agree 200% on Mastermind 7. This was my first and I won’t miss another. If you truly want to build a leadership foundation in your organization, this is a must for your group.

    Randy, thanks for your contribution.
