Once you’ve finished going through these resources, put them into use. Don’t look left, don’t look right, just follow the process and get true duplication going deep down your team.

Please. Kill the distractions. Stop looking for shortcuts. Do the stuff that actually works. Now let me give you some homework:
1) Forward the message or blog to everyone on your team.
2) Pick up the phone and personally call all of your serious personally sponsored distributors and tell them about the email.
3) Read both books and go through all 12 training segments of DN. I don’t care if you’ve read one of the books ten times. If you haven’t read it within the last 2 months, read it again. Obviously you’ve been distracted by bad advice and got off track. I want you back laser-focused on your strategy.
4) Update your candidate list. Yeah, yeah, I know you did this before. Do it again. Make it FRESH! There are people who said no that you should revisit because things in their lives have changed. Maybe you made a lousy approach the first time. Maybe you have some new products, or contents to update them with.
5) Get to work!
I hope you take all this in the spirit it is intended. I want you to succeed. I really, really do. And while the business isn’t easy, it is simple. First it takes becoming proficient in four basic skills sets:
1) Meeting People
2) Working a Candidate List
3) Making Compelling Invitations
4) Follow Up
The first three resources will teach you exactly how to do all this. Those skills will take you to through the $250,000-a-year barrier. But as soon as you crack 5K a month, get going on the Mega-MLM training. That will give you the leadership and management skills to lead a huge organization.

Hello Randy!
This message comes just in time for me, i have been very unfocused on my business, re-studying all these 3 resources has shown me what i am doing wrong and what do i need to do to get in track.
Though, there is something i would like to ask you, i suspect i might have some kind of negative belief in my mind that makes me see things this way but, by going out and making friends for the purpose of inviting them into my business, isn’t that like, using people for my benefit?
I know network marketing can give you a sexy lifestyle, but making a friendship with one stranger in the street, just to phone him/her 2 days later to invite said stranger into my company, feels like i am annoying them with something they are not likely to be interested, and just being friendly because looking the benefit to add them to my network.
Or at lease, that’s how i think people would perceive me if i were to do such a thing, again, i am sure all of this its some kind of negative belief inside my mind that is sabotaging me, so, maybe someone reading this blog had the same idea and experienced something that made him/her believe the opposite, id be grateful if they share it.

Hey Randy, love your brutal honestly in this post. I think that’s one of the main reasons why the mlm industry gets such a bad reputation, there are way too many sponsors out there that tell people just about anything they want to hear to get them to join their team. So many times I’ve heard ”I’ll build your downline for you” and when it doesn’t work out, the newbie walks away after having a negative experience. At the end of the day though, the last thing you want for your mlm business is to attract those type of people, the tyre kickers and wantrapreneurs ha. They will quit eventually, only a matter of time.

The problem is that what every one wants is instant sexy, fast mlm success and so that’s what everybody’s selling… the tip of the iceberg of mlm success which is VERY sexy, but without telling people what’s at the base of it. aka the core fundamentals.
