I am not doing very well. I am micro-managing people. I don’t want them to fail.
Just got back from the Senior Softball world championships in Phoenix and licking my wounds, but had more fun than a grown man playing a kids game can have. Yes Randy, how so very important, Its not just finding the 3 in 100 its developing them through responsibility. Leaders need to earn, feel, act and be like leaders to become leaders. Leadership drives everything.
I am responsible for my own success. I am not responsible for the success of the people in my team. This is a very liberating realisation. Thanks Randy.
