Growing Your Network

You don’t grow your network. You grow your people – and they grow the network.

That is all.

  1. True, assuming you have people who are working and growing your network. What happens if some of them kick back or quit?

    1. Some of them do for certain. But that is their choice. The business is perfect for everyone. But everyone is not perfect for the business. Your responsibility is to work with the ones that are at the right consciousness,

      1. Randy that’s so true. As a leader one of the toughest things to deal with is when you really love the people and you want it so bad for them and you know they’re working it hard, but it just has not popped for them, you know if they would just hang in there a little longer it would really pop, but the quit. It’s so painful because you truly care. That’s one of the hardest things for me to deal with. But in the end it’s still There chose.

  2. Service to many leads to greatness as the great teacher was once quoted as saying. Help those others who want it bad enough to get what they want and you will get what you want.

  3. Hey Randy.

“When you really are confident that people will follow, they just show up!
And this happens, when you develop your self – to a person people like to follow.
People follow you – not your company!”

  4. It’s kind of like growing apples. You don’t grow apples you grow apple trees. I had an apple tree in my backyard and for three years it only had one or two apples on it. I was going to cut it down. Then I decided to take a little care of it. I gave it just a little attention and did a little pruning. The next year ( thisyear) It’s covered with apples.

  5. Randy,

We make the first circle, “YOU” work, get better ourselves and focus on growing the people around us. They eventually replicate and grow better themselves, when they choose to do.
