Become a Rock Star

So many people in the business are grinders.  This is sad because it’s so unnecessary.  But they don’t know how to break the cycle.

You have to be different…

You can’t get fixated with strategies, tactics and methods.  At some point you have to understand it’s about leadership, building culture, and creating a legacy organization.

Once you do that, the recruiting, volume and duplication gets on autopilot.  It doesn’t happen on its own, but it the process is much simpler to facilitate and it happens a lot faster.  I hope you’ve made this switch.

And if you haven’t, please study my How to Become an MLM Rock Star audio album.  There are five CDs on creating culture, managing the group, leadership dynamics, and how you create the foundation for true duplication for your team.

Our business is amazing if you work it right.  That’s what I want for you.

  1. thank you, Randy. Yes, in theory, it is already clear. But in practice it is a great temptation to look for a recipe, tactics, techniques, to quickly duplicate.

Only when everybody realizes themselves that such tactics are not exist, then focus to the circle You and do self-development job together with the practical daily operations with prospects and team, as long as this process will be easy, fun and enjoyable.

  2. Hi Randy,

Wow! I understand clearly now. No, i do not want to be a grinder. I think there is a book on Ray Croc ‘Grinding it out’ .

Nelson Mandela wrote and here I quote:-

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be!
You are a child of God, your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
We are born to manifest the glory of God within us.
    In everyone!
And as we let our lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
    our presence automatically liberates others!

I am powerful beyond measure – To God be the Glory!

Yes, i really appreciate your generosity in sharing and enjoy the way you write and say.

    Thanks vm
