Live What You Teach

Have you ever been counseling someone on your team to open more lines, do more invites, or something else – and all the time you know you’re not doing this yourself?

And one that produces very poor results.  The most important thing we do in the biz is to model the behavior for our team.   And we have all made mistakes.
