Getting Offices & Centers
Robyn asks about people setting up offices to work their MLM business. I think this is a bad idea.
Not that I haven’t tried it…
I have. I know the logic. People don’t want to come to homes, it looks more business-like, etc. The thinking goes for setting up centers…
You have a place to conduct meetings, it gives credibility, everyone can split the costs, etc. I think both are a big mistake. They aren’t in alignment with the formula for creating wealth in our business:
Lead a large group of people, to do a few consistent actions, over a sustained period of time.
The truth is, home meetings to launch your business still work best, and can be duplicated by everyone. They meet the formula. The offices and centers “work,” but they don’t duplicate. Big difference.
I have tried both, but I would never do again, or let my people do them.

Thanks Randy, I respect your opinion. I’m new (3years) to MLM and It didn’t sound right to me, but I needed to get an experts’point of few. Appreciate the support. Robyn

Randy, what about USING your company’s corporate offices for PBRs… Somehow I don’t like the idea, but I’d love to know your perspective. It’s not as bad as renting an office (because not everyone can do it) but I think home-based PBRs are the right formula and we don’t need to try to invent a new one…
What do you think???
