The Top 100
I’ve been included on some pretty cool lists recently. This includes being voted the #1 trainer, making the top ten of the MLM Power 50, being featured The Greatest Networkers in the World book, and also in an upcoming book on the business from a major publisher.
It’s an honor to be named to these lists, and it’s also a great learning experience, because of who you share company with. (Like being on the faculty at Art Jonak’s Mastermind Event.) I’m honored and proud to know probably the top 100 people in this amazing profession. So I was reflecting about the commonalities I see across the spectrum and thought it would be cool to share them with you.
Here they are:
Everyone in the group is a dreamer. They stopped buying the gloom and doom mind viruses of pop culture and reconnected to the vision of greatness we all once had for ourselves. If Morpheus were to offer them the red pill or the blue pill, they would always choose the trip down the rabbit hole rather than the safety of the Matrix—because they know that in the new reality, the safe choice is where the real risk is. They know that those who choose being “safe” become the worker drones in the collective. So they dream of freedom and security.
They have guts. Because millions of people dream of freedom and security. The people in this group have the guts to go after it.
Everyone in the group is a critical thinker. They reject conventional wisdom and practice discernment. They are curious by nature and open to challenging their most deeply held foundational beliefs. They are not cynics, but they are skeptical. They question authority, and they want to know the reasoning behind a premise. They know that any beliefs they have that serve them will survive a healthy skepticism, and any beliefs that don’t stand up under scrutiny need to be replaced.
They work their ass off. They don’t look for the free lunches and get-rich schemes. Far from running away from work, they wake up, throw the sheets off the bed, and actually look forward to work! So they love what they do, and don’t need a weekend, a six-pack, and ten DVDs to escape from their “job.” This is a career to them, not a job. And they have discovered how to balance work and life and bring meaning to both.
Everyone in this group is a good teacher. They recognize that real duplication comes from their possessing good teaching skills much more than selling skills. They follow a formula that allows large numbers of people to replicate their actions.
Everyone is this group is also a student. They have a passion for lifelong learning and set aside daily time for quiet reflection and self-development.
Everyone in this group is a leader. They weren’t born a leader. Nobody appointed them to the position, and they couldn’t care less about titles, hierarchy, or conformity. They are called to lead from the dreams within their soul. They lead because they have belief. Belief in a better way. And they know that conviction comes with a responsibility to share that belief with the larger community. They don’t think it’s their responsibility to sponsor everyone they know. But they do feel a responsibility to offer the business to everyone they know.

To be successful, you need to be a leader. Followers make others successful.
You need to read the sign on people’s chest that says, “Make me feel special.”
You need to train/find leaders to have in your organization under you to duplicate.
Everybody is critical to a point, so it’s good to see both sides of any equation.
Develop a culture, don’t be a “salesman.” Nobody wants to be sold, but everybody wants to buy.
Successful people have confidence and belief in themselves. They believe that they DESERVE success and the rewards that goes with it.
Being balanced and well rounded in all areas of your life will make you successful.
As for me, Let’s do this thing! … And, take it all the way to the TOP. 🙂

I think you hit this dead on, especially #4. It doesn’t just show up on a silver platter. It’s called NetWORK Marketing and it does take work, consistent, focused work.
You have to know what you are doing each day; who you are calling; who you are following up with; who you are launching and where you are headed.
Never stop learning and never stop teaching!

Congratulation Randy sir. You deserve it. For last 6 months I am following you around the web. Wish I found you 5 years back when I started my Network Marketing career. But thanks to God learned more about our profession in last 6 months than I learned in last 5 years.
I am planning to attend the Network Marketing Mastermind Event on 2013 with my team. Are there any participants from India this year? I love the bonding and connections between you top Network Marketers….you, Art Jonak, Orrin Woodward, Orjan Saele, Donna Johnson, Richard Brooke, Ken Dunn, Jordan Adler, John Milton Fogg & others! I feel very much proud and excited to be part of an industry where the tops leaders are not competing each other but joining hands to take the profession to new heights. Kudos to all of you.
And yes, awesome posts on Leadership traits. Can we add the point “That they create the culture or value in their team?”
They’ve expanded to a HUGE convention hall for this year’s event. I’m quite sure there will be people from India, as well as at least 100 plus different countries for this one. registrations are pouring in from all over I’m told.

Thanks a lot Randy Sir for replying!!! You don’t know how much it means to me. Me and my leaders wanted to go to this Year’s Master Mind event so badly but we don’t have passports 🙁 But we’ll be definitely there on 2013 event.
When started MLM career at the age of 19, didn’t find right mentor to follow. Most of the people, even those making big money here in Network Marketing, doesn’t know a bit about how it works. All of my uplines gave up, but I stayed. Started being mentor to many budding Network Marketers here in India. But finally I found my mentor, and blessed I am that he is the best in this world-YOU! I can’t thank you enough Randy Sir.
I know you have millions of students, fans, followers all over the world. But I promise you sir, within 2015 (or earlier) I am coming in your inner circle. I am learning from you sitting infront of you having dinner together. And I am going to make big in this industry and also give back to it like you guys.

Particularly in the times of failures they show the behavior of patience and remain persistent in their working to achieve their goals until they made them.

штуку, как интернет. В нашем
общежитии невыносимый холод, зато на ютубе я нашла фильм „hߋw its made” как пользоватся строительным клеем.
Заклеила все щели в дверях и теперь у
нас очень тепло. Я мастер на все руки .
на экономиста и в будущем планирую работать в банке.
Моя мама врач и отец строитель, наша квартира, в нашем доме можна найти все что угодно:
гигиенические перчатки, строительные материалы, монтажную пену, витамины и всякую
всячину.
Жить в большом городе очень весело,
здесь много интересных мест, я особенно люблю ходить в кино.
Моя работа непосредственно связанна с общением и встречами с разными людьми
и мне это очень нравится, я могу рассказать обо все
даже о свойствах зимней монтажной
пены. Люблю смотреть фильмы и меня интересует реклама, как она создается и кто ее придумывает.
Обожаю собак, хотела бы себе маленькую.

Каждое занятие прекрасное,
заниматся спортом я просто
обожаю. Посещаю тренажерный зал.
Большой городнасыщен предложениями как скрасить
досуг, за это он меня так привлекает.
