More on the Mastermind Event
Well I’m back from the whole around the world trip, ending with the Network Marketing Mastermind Event in Houston, and finally starting to recover. But what an amazing event it was!
If you missed it, you have to make sure you never miss another. There is nothing so powerful as having the different perspectives and viewpoints from a cross section of people in the profession. And what a perspective it was!
Of course the faculty was beyond amazing. Jordan Adler, Donna Johnson, Ken Dunn, Orjan Saele, and Orrin Woodward absolutely crushed it. Not to mention the bonus sessions and other people there to network with. There were probably at least 15 other million dollar annual earners in attendance that could have been on the platform.
I’m using the downtime now to extrapolate about everything I learned over the weekend and work out how to best apply it for my own team.

This could well have been THE best MLM Professionial event in history. I went to Houston as one person and have returned as a whole different animal. Being in session and networking with the leaders was like hangin’ with the president and his cabinet chattin’ about world politics.
Randy you shared advice I had never heard before from network marketing resources. Not just why and how, but why and how for the very long term. Thanks for sharing your vision. I totally want to go shoe shopping with you and Donna!

The MM5 event was an incredible opportunity for someone like me. I have been around this business very part-time and only for one year. This event lay out for me the necessary tools to become success full in this profession.
Every speaker brough a powerful message and its impact on me is immense.

Gee, and to think, Carol was my roommate! I agree with everything she said and then some. You cannot imagine an event like this. You have to be there and FEEL it! Who can imagine being at an event with the million dollar earners from Different companies. If you don’t understand that network marketing is a relationship building, helping and mentoring profession, you must attend one of these events! Then you will understand! It was unique and I can’t wait for the next one!

I wasn’t in Houston for this event, although I will attend next year. I’m excited to hear more and will be on a call tonight with one of the leaders from our company and can’t wait to hear what he has to say.

To hear from Orrin Woodward and Donna Johnson is a RARE treat indeed! I learned SO much from all the speakers.
The most important thing I learned is that culture is EVERYTHING. Having a culture that breeds leadership is critical.

I went to MM5 wondering if it was the place for me, or if it would be over my head, aimed at people further along in the business than I am. Half way through the first presentation, I knew that I was in the right place. So were the million dollar earners. There were insights, humor, practicalities, inspiration for everyone, regardless of your background, regardless of your current level of success. I am SO glad that I went, and I will be at every MM from now on.

STELLER life changing weekend!
My life will never be the same after being in that room with such amazing, authentic, wise, accessable, successful mentors. I feel honored and greatful to have received so much wisdom and concrete lessons from every single person on the platform.
Thank you Art for sourcing this!!! I look forward to the stories of success that will be told a year from now, that began this weekend in that room.

There were so many defining moments…so many wonderful moments. But for me, the weekend’s events opened a door that seemed to be locked…the door marked “Dreams”. And boy did it get opened!
I don’t ever remember writing so fast and so furiously at any other event…new information and things I had heard before but wanted to recapture…hard solid information a person could bring home and put to use!
Loved your segment Randy, on finances. It doesn’t do any good to make the money and not keep it!
That was waaaaaay beyond my EXPECTATIONS!!!! I knew it would be amazing and that I would learn something from all the great speakers but I never expected it to impact my life the way it has. I think for the 1st time in my life…. I finally “GET IT”
This was one of those “Defining Moments” in your life that will change the way you think forever.
I left Houston wanting to shout from the roof tops…” I am in Network Marketing and I am so proud to be a part of this PROFESSION!” Art and Ann Jonak please know that you have touched many lives! I know how much work goes into these events and I so appreciate what you have done for all of us.

I am new to the Profession and just happened to fall in love with a product a little over a year ago. Now I am becoming a student of this profession. The weekend was amazing I am still processing my notes and feelings. I have a new vision, not just of my opportunity but for my life and legacy. The speakers were amazing and they left it all out on the stage with nothing to hide. The leaders who were in the room learning we also amazing I met people from around the globe! The event was a life changer!

Hey Randy- What a steller weekend. I wrote post earlier and it vanished into the eathers…but here is a note I wrote to my team……
This weekends Mastermind event in TX was pivotal for the history of our profession. The event was limited to 400 attendees. The respect level and camaraderie’ for each other was delightful. No competing, no backstabbing, just sharing our love of the business and supporting each others success.
Here are four, of the hundreds of “take-aways” I received over the weekend.
1. Every teacher on that stage, except for Randy Gage and Jordan Adler, where violently opposed to Network Marketing at some stage of their introduction to it.
2. Every person on the stage, except for Donna Johnson had been a MAJOR jerk early on and had failed to succeed until they worked on themselves.
3. None of them gave up, even after years of “failure”. (Jordan Adler was in 11 companies over 10 years and never sponsored a single person!!! He now earns over 7 figures a year) They all now have thriving teams and earn ALOT of money.
4. The main message of ALL of them was…personal development…personal development… personal development….EVERYDAY!!! and focus on the other persons needs, dreams and desires.
I love each one of you and am glad to be on this journey with you. You will have ups and downs, but your future is worth the effort and commitment to it. Take 30 minutes EVERY morning to work with your mind and read something positive. See what happens.

Hi Randy!
First and foremost, I would like to thanks Art Jonak for putting on an event of this caliber. I do lots of events and I know what it takes and it’s not easy. Art did an awesome job with not only the logistics, but the fantastic line-up of speakers were awesome!
I came to this event knowing in my heart that I would hear what I needed to hear to move my business forward, and I gotta tell you, not only did I get exactly what I needed, but so much more!
You and the other speakers were absolutely phenominal and gave us everything that we needed to hear to take this profession by storm.
Presently, I am a Double Diamond Executive with my company and WILL be promoting to Triple Diamond (the top position) this month. I feel so blessed because the timing for this event couldn’t have been more perfect and in line with my planned promotion. I needed to tweak some things and with you all’s knowledge and help, I know exactly what to do!
It’s on! and thanks to you and the other leaders and trainers at this event, it’s going to happen for not only me but everyone else that attended and received the information…and of course, are willing to do the work.
I hope that Art does this again and this time,I will urge many more of my team members to be in attendance. By the way, I had (4) seperate legs of Diamond Executives at the meeting and they are on FIRE!! My advise to anyone that attended this event or plan to attend the next, bring as many of your team members as you possibly can. The transformation that you see in them, right before your eyes is AMAZING!!
