More on Recruiting Consistency…

Last time we talked about the importance of consistency in our business, particularly in recruiting.  While it’s important in all areas, recruiting is probably the most critical.

So what is the process you use?  And at what level?

Here’s what I have seen works amazing for me:  Two exposures a day, five days a week.  That’s it.

Doesn’t take a lot of time, but it means that I always have someone coming through the pipeline, and it means I end up sponsoring every single month, for three years straight now.

I’d never get that kind of traction if I did it in fits and starts.  But just making a few minutes to make a call, get out an email, or hand out a packet keeps the momentum going.

Please check in and share what works for you.

  1. Consistency is the key to MLM success. People in network marketing need to make a schedule with their activities and necessary tasks for building their business and then follow it. Unfortunately most members in business opportunities they go and do things randomly and when they feel to.

  3. I have been learning the same thing recently from folks like Tom Schreiter and Art Jonak. I have been involved with some coaching calls with Tom. He is teaching us how to do a 2 minute story. He also recommends 1-2 exposures a day. He is of the mind that folks should be able to build their business in seconds or minutes a day effectively by doing simple things such as sharing a 2 minute story. the great thing about it is that it is also rejection free.
