Mass Market Recruiting Tools
I promised we would explore the six components of a duplicable system deeper for each, so let’s start that today. So let’s start with the first one, a mass market recruiting tool.
I think every company needs this, because it is something you can use with casual acquaintances, the people you meet as you go through your day-to-day life. They may be a flight attendant, a waiter, or a taxi driver. But they are someone you meet in the course of your day, that you don’t have a previous relationship with, and often, may never see again. They are highly unlikely to show up for a home or hotel meeting. Your one real shot with them will be to give them a tool to peak their curiosity and intrigue them enough to want to know more.
It can be a CD, DVD, brochure, magazine, or some combination. But it needs to be a compelling “first look” at the business and cause a prospect to move to the next step. (Which often can be a home or hotel meeting.)
This works well for duplication, because it’s using “higher source” principle, and new people can use it just like experienced people can. Of course it needs to be done with passion, intensity, and urgency. Does you company have a Mass market recruiting tool? Do your people know how to use it? Are you getting a steady stream of new candidates with it? Those are the things you should be thinking about.
BTW, if your company doesn’t have one, I have developed a very powerful generic tool you can use. It’s called the Lifestyle Freedom Pack, and it includes a Special report, and my “Escape the Rat Race” audio. This has been used with great success around the world. You can find out more about it here.
On the next post we’ll look at the second component of a duplicable system, how you deal with the warm market. Until then, have a great day!

I agree with -RG. This first part of his series especially helps people who have never been in this field get over some of their fears. It is a wonderful tool to use at all times … being in this market it is always good to be prepared for your “15 seconds of fame”, no matter where you are at, no matter who you might encounter. Live life to the Max! ~~j~~
My company doesn’t have one! I’ve been thinking about creating my own mass market recruiting tools. Would a brochure be enough?
