Leading the Leaders

When I ask people what they think is the most important element for creating success in MLM, I usually get answers like the products, comp plan or company.

I believe it is how well you recognize and develop leaders.

When you develop leaders, you’ll have true duplication, your volume and bonus check will grow, and your people will rise through the ranks.

Yet very few people understand the process of developing leaders in MLM.  For that reason, I’m going to be teaching on that in our next generic Tele-Seminar, “How You Create a Leadership Factory in your Network.”

It is now scheduled for Wednesday, February 4th, at 10 PM Eastern, and the lines are filling up.  So please make sure you register now, then immediately get out a message to your team, so they can lock in their spots before they’re all gone. There is no charge for the Tele-Seminar, but the spots are limited.  So please sign up now and spread the word to your people.

To reserve your space, go here: Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email.  Click on the link in that message, and then your spot is locked in.

I’m leaving this afternoon for a Leadership Retreat in Phuket, Thailand.  I’ll check in with you from there.  Have a great weekend.

  3. Hi Randy. I agree that recognizing and building leaders is certainly essential to MLM success. So many us go in all directions in trying to market, recruit, and become product experts. This will create minimal success. It is the relationship building, listening to, and helping people achieve what they desire which will bring the ultimate success, fulfillment, and positive team culture. You and Art Jonak, who preaches the same message, are true leaders!
